Criminal Defense
"The jury returned a NOT GUILTY verdict after deliberating for only 45 minutes."
I hired Mr. Taylor to represent me at trial for a criminal charge. He reviewed the case with me and immediately began focusing on the various angles of a defense. I saw something in him I didn't see in other attorneys I had talked to, and he was a lawyer who was ready to go to trial against the forces of the state. He was fast on his feet dealing with the district attorney in my case. The prosecuting attorney tried three times to get us to accept a deal much better than one offered initially but I declined. I was innocent of the charges, and wanted a dismissal or my day in court.
